12 of 12

My friend Amie does this 12 of 12 thing that I've wanted to do for months. It's on the 12th of every month you take 12 pictures of what you did that day, what you ate, wore, house, kids, weather, projects, books, whatever. Then you blog or scrapbook it. It's just a random snapshot of whenever the 12th happens to fall that month. Seeing as I copy and paste my blog entries into my online journal I was excited about the idea. So if your interested in my little life beyond the "events" I typically post about...read on (and I will love you if you do :)).

Tommy broke this sign by slamming the door too hard. Tom used wood glue and clamps to get it back together. 4 hours later I hung it up. Then Tommy slammed the door too hard again and there you go...

Friday was a work, work, work day. I ironed my curtains for Tom to hang up. They haven't been hung since Virginia.

In a new quest to eat healthy we have started using this book/diet to do so. It's from the editors of Prevention magazine. So far, so good. I'll see if it sticks.

What I was reading that day.

See, normally I would have moved the tool box, but it was there and I guess I'm going for reality.

Cute Tommy

Darling Eliza (with her three bottom teeth only)

Goofy Samantha (who dressed herself I might add)

My neighborhood in the evening of what's been a fairly mild June.

This is definitely reality. I pick up those dang-blasted fruit pieces at least once a day.

Tom's "workshop". Just his sawhorses on the back patio...for now.

Cute post--but I have to comment--I blew up the picture of the food pieces because I had an inkling based on your comment about it, that they would be familiar, and sure enough!! We have the same blasted food pieces...I too clean up all the time!

Your house is coming along nicely. Cute children. And I love the reality.
