Eliza is officially one years old! I can't believe it. Her birthday this year was 9-9-09, which I thought was cool. We didn't do too much for her specifically until the evening. I made her an Elmo cake, she scored with presents, and her favorite part was devouring the cake (of course!) Happy Birthday to my baby (or not baby) girl!
Do you like the shirt? What a dumb purchase but I just wanted to so unreasonably much. Maybe I'll have another girl someday so it can get two uses instead of just one.
The Elmo Cake!!!! TA-DUM. Didn't I (Tom) do a good job?
Yes, she likes that cake. Happy Birthday Eliza.

Love the shirt. Totally worth it!
Super cute family photo on the title.
That's it. You're making me a cake for my next child's Birthday. She's too cute!
She's one ALREADY?! What cute pictures of her birthday! We'll have to figure out some time for us to meet up in your state or in ours since we're in neighboring states.
You guys are just so cute. I am VERY VERY impressed with the cake...I wanna make cool cakes like that.
We'll see what I come up with for Trace's first b-day next month. :-)
Emily this is soooo impressive and W-A-Y cooler than m and m's or whoppers, which is what I put on my kids cakes, as you will recall...Very nice, and Eliza is just too cute and when did she get permission to grow up so fast? I told Olivia tonight that Eliza is walking and she just plain refused to believe me. She said, NO mom Eliza CRAWLS like I was kind of a dim-witted fool that she had to keep telling the same thing to. So I guess we just won't believe it until we see it.
Love, Grandma/Mom/dim-witted fool
Happy Birthday to Eliza! That Elmo cake is adorable! I love getting little birthday shirts too- but yes I agree kind of a waste.
