It's that time again-DANCE RECITAL!!!! The time where I start gushing pink and glittery thoughts and my XX chromosomes go into hyperdrive. I love recitals. Samantha was just as lovely and just as clueless. Part of the problem this time was we missed like 1/4 of the classes because of trips. For now, I love that she's in dance class and it's really all about the costumes anyway. (Plus there's the small issue of her being 4, and how good can a 4 year old be?)

I agree. It IS all about the costumes! I begged my mom to take dance so I could put on sequins and leotards.

Emily this is adorable! I love your photos and that video is priceless! That little gal who keeps waving is hilarious, especially at the end when everyone else in on the ground and she's clueless. Samantha totally looks like she knew just as much as anyone else! I can't wait to do this kind of thing with my little girl!
